A Nite In The Park

The Show With No Name survived being down at the most isolated place that we have ever broadcast from, Moro Bay State Park. The park is 29 miles southwest of Warren on U.S. 63 or 23 miles northeast of El Dorado on U.S. 63. It all depends on you really. I tell you this mainly because, if ya didn't bring anything to eat, thats the directions you have to go to either an Applebees, or The Hermit Restaurant, respectively. Don't screw up. You know what, just let the lady in your life handle that will you. Moro Bay State Park is one of the state parks in our system that if'n you do travel to, to fish, hunt, camp out, or just escape from the asphalt jungle, Moro Bay is the place for youse. Now the water is about 10-15 feet higher because of the rain this season but, it is quite the spot to be during the summer time. The sandbar is usually full of the young of body and young of heart. I happen to have both of these. Oh really?! You don't think so?! Need I remind you about a certain ripped up Satyr on a certain billboard on a certain bridge on a certain I-30!? Exactly! You're welcome. Oh and as far as the part about us all surviving in the most remote place ever to do the show? It's true that we did but, we were not put on an island and made to eat bugs and sleep in the cold rain and mud. The cabins we had, had hot showers and satellite TV for crying out loud. We are such wusses! Oh and freaking WIFI too! Please forgive us for being soo ridiculous at times. We do mean well I promise.
Well we had a fun time on the show playing the music associated with swamps, the boonies, and or the sticks. We also got a lesson in texting acronyms from David Bazzel and RJ Hawk that I could have done without frankly. As they often do, the ride back got kinda scary too. The Artist Formerly Known As The Outlaw has commented to me that when number 53 takes a turn down the dark side of the street he would rather not know some things about our hero man of action. I think sometimes that RJ wanted to just fit in with Baz and admitted to doing some things that are only recently legal in some states. I wish we could have some sort of therapy session by which we could have an hour or two on satellite or internet radio just to get some of the stuff out and not keep it bottled up inside. I'm sorry but I feel a little dirty remembering some of the stories and will be going to church tonite.
Thank you Ranger Paul Butler, Corbin and staff at Moro Bay State Park. Proud to know you folks and have people like you representing Arkansas.
Tomorrow we are back in the studio with possibly Danny Joe Crofford as an in studio guest. Whatever else we do is just gravy after that.
Tommy, David, RJ, and myself thank ya for listening and making The Buzz and The Show With No Name your #1 station
