Merry Christmas In July

Merry Christmas! The Show With No Name celebrated Christmas this morning. With the way that David Bazzel keeps the studio temperature at or below 30 degrees along with the dark clouds, windy conditions outside, and the wonderful seasonal music that The Artist Formerly Known As The Outlaw Tommy Smith played, I caught myself longing for it to be the Christmas. Yea I said longing. Lookit, that's baby poop compared to what was inferred and or said on the morning program on this festive sounding program. That's it! Now I know why it kinda got to the edge! Yes! It's because it was as if the giddiness of the actual holiday was living inside our mind, body, and soul! Now, was The Former Outlaw called in to the office this morning after the show? No he was not. That could be because he was met out in the station parking lot by the owner of all things Signal Media, Philip Jonnson. Did David Bazzel leave the station early today? Yes he did. Was David exempt from the impromptu parking lot meeting a coincidence? After diggin' around a little, it was not a coincidence.
We did have a good time this morning for a lot of reasons. We didn't even play a couple of the games that we planned on, namely, Match Game or Dead or Alive. The discussion about Animal House and Vacation movies didn't get all the attention that it could have either. That's primarily because I didn't put a montage together. Well that's not entirely true I suppose. If I had gotten together with Jacked-Up Guy prior to the program there is no telling what we could have accomplished. Oh yea I almost forgot to mention Juggy. It was good see my longtime buddy this morning. Rumor has it that he will be filling in until I get the hang of producing because RJ Hawk will become Justin Acri's full time co-host of The Zone!
The thing that got the most play and talk on and off the air today was, 'What is your pleasure?' Plain old everyday pleasure and Guilty. The Artist and myself came clean on a few of our guilty ones but, my Sensei Bazzel kinda kept a few of his close to the breast. Actually, I can not for one minute blame him either! I'm kiddin'. Am I?
Tomorrow we are at Fletcher Dodge in Sherwood.
Tommy, David, RJ, and myself thank ya for listening and making The Buzz and The Show With No Name your #1 station
