Matt Jones

Overtime Co-Host Matt Jones is a former Razorback Quarterback and Wide Receiver in the NFL. Matt was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft and officially retured in November of 2010.

Matt was born on April 22, 1983 in Fort Smith. His family moved to Van Buren where Matt was raised. He attended Van Buren until his senior year in High School when he began play as a quarterback at Northside High School in Fort Smith.

In college, Matt was a star athlete for the University of Arkansas where he played Quarterback and was also a member of the Razorback Basketball Team. He was the starting QB for the Razorbacks in the two longest NCAA College Football games ever played, both of which included 7 overtimes and both of which were won by Arkansas.
