Show With No Name

Twos-day

11/1/2011 11:12 AM

The Show With No Name had a couple of athletes on this morning. Now don't get me wrong. Of course everyday we have David Bazzel and he is that and more.  David was Captain of the Arkansas Razorbacks defence in the early 1980's. And in the early days of yesterdays Little Rock Touchdown Club, David was Captain of the podium.  Number 53 lit up the Halloween crowd with his best Capt'n Jack Sparrow.  Oh, and by the way, UCA Coach Clint Conque did a good job too.

About two decades before David played, the Hogs had Bruce James. We have him every Tuesday.

UALR head coach Stephen L. Shields stopped by the studio. ASU coach John Brady was in last week and we had to extend an invitation to Shields. No, I'm kidding. Or am I? Steve is a fun interview. He kicks-off the season with a Meet the Trojans event tonight. Or does he?

Kim, with the Department of Workforce, helped us with our community service segment today. HAHAHAHA! Community service segment. HAHAHAHAH!! There is a Career Expo coming up and if you need a job, looking for a second one for the holidays, or are in the Occupy Little Rock crowd, listen up.

I gotta get out of here now. Big meeting back at the station. If you don't hear me on the show tomorrow, don't expect a blog either. Wish me luck.   MA! MEATLOAF!!

Remember you don't have to buy a new car to be treated like you did. Fletcher Dodge has a wide selection of cars to fit every budget. Just for stopping by and talking with the Fletcher guys you get dinner for two at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse.
