Double Up

11/22/2011 6:19 PM

Dear Santa....All I want for Christmas is World Peace and a new LAPTOP!!!. Please see to it or I'm gonna start blaming some of the people in this room and then I will not forget!

See above as one of the reasons I did not have yesterday blog completed. Yea I admit it. Unlike someone else I know. Yep.YOU! You know who you are. Oh heck that's not the main reason. For two hours I was stuck on I-30 in the, WE CLOSED THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE OF FLOODING LANE! WI-FI wasn't working and I'm pretty sure if they frown upon texting while driving, blogging on a laptop has to be a misdemeanor. Although, the lovely Lindy Lanford is in the process of hooking me up with a phone that possibly may do all my computer does. Shoot, for all I know the one I have can.

Tony 'Smoke' Stewart wins the NASCAR Championship and we had the head of his Arkansas fan club, Earl F. McCullough on with us celebrating the win.

An early Razorback hero of mine, Darrell Walker chimed in to help us understand what is going on, and what is not for that matter, with the NBA. After we spoke with Darrell we felt the same as before we had talked. Oh now that's not his fault. You know us.

Staying with the Hog theme. It was a Monday following a Hog game. One which we took care of business with Mississippi State and looked (gulp) forward to Fridays match up with (gulp) LSU. How 'bout some Razorback Grafitti!

Peterman...er....uh...John O'Hurley was semi scheduled to be with us speaking about the 10th annual Dog Show his hosting Thanksgiving on NBC. Much to the dismay of those that thought we went from sports to a dog conversation. Hey! Have you seen the dogs play poker? Exactly. And it was Peterman!

We got back to more traditional sports talk with this weeks Touchdown Club speaker, Mark Schlabach of ESPN. Happy now? While I'm at it. Bruce James was in this morning so let us just lump 'em in together.

That's it. I'm done. Tomorrow it's Thanksgiving Eve. 'Wild Man', Lindy, maybe Breezy Osbourne. David will be off working on the Broyles' Award, RJ is in Texas showing off his new snow tires and who knows what else. Come join us for the morning.

Remember you don't have to buy a new car to be treated like you did. Fletcher Dodge has a wide selection of cars to fit every budget. Just for stopping by and talking with the Fletcher guys you get dinner for two at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse.
