Over And Out Bruce James...For Awhile Anyway
11/29/2011 11:55 AM
Number 85 for the 60's and 70's Arkansas Razorbacks, Bruce James bid The Show With No Name a fond adieu this morning. For just a little bit anyway. Bruce appears with us on Tuesday mornings during the football season thanks to Arkansas Federal Credit Union. Bruce is someone that can get the Hog Nation going as much as anybody. He does it in a simple way really. He speaks what he believes to be the truth based on his experience and knowledge as a player and someone that can get the ear of coaches around the country. It's not always what we want to hear but, if we were honest with each other I gotta hunch that if with bet on the Hogs with cash and not just our hearts we may tend to agree with Mr. James more often than not. I'm just saying. If he's not back sooner we will have him in the studio the week of the bowl game. Thanks Bruce!
Also, with Bruce being on today if gave us one more last chance to get the Hogs loss to LSU out of our system. You all did a real good job this morning and I hope it was a healing process for all. Now we can move forward. HAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Yea right. We were cheated by those lousy Tiger loving refs. There is no way that the Honey Badger takes that punt return to the house if there wasn't a holding or block in the back, NO WAY! Thank you to Dylan Breeding for staying with that play and pushing Tyrann Mathieu down in the end zone! Way to go buddy. Now I can move on.
Craig 'Lips' O'Neill made his way in the house this morning. He was promoting his Jingle Bell Run benefiting the Arthritis Foundation. Didn't spend a ton of time on that unfortunately because we had to reminisce with Craig about the golden oldie days when he was raising the kids of Arkansas as a radio DJ himself.
OK maybe If Wright catches that 3rd down pass and, or, if, but, for, Johnson fumbling who knows. I hate HD instant replay. But I digress.
