Show With No Name

Who Knew?

1/26/2012 10:18 AM

I was not bombarded, questioned, or even slightly reminded of the fact that I did not post a Show With No Name blog yesterday. That can be a good thing I suppose or a bad thing since no one called to see if I had been in an accident and couldn't. On the other hand some of the comments posted lend me to believe that you want me to continue to blog because its a way a group of you get to hear the show at your leisure because you are not allowed to at your work place. I could make up something but, I respect you too much to lie. Or did i just do it there?

Yesterday, Steve'Wild Man' Wilson brought in Tommy 'Big Buck' Murchinson.

Matt 'Interim Promotions Director' Couch made his second appearance on the program to inform of the upcoming events where The Buzz is involved.

We will be broadcasting LIVE next week at The River Market in conjunction with Make-A-Wish. Carissa was in and brought Gabby.

Next week we will also be on location at Fletcher Dodge in Sherwood.  Mark 'Eagle Lover' Miller brought us breakfast today. Just another smart move on his part. He feeds us and while we eat he has the mic. That Spielberg is a genius!

Boy oh Boy can I make myself look and sound like a male donkey. Just the simple task of wishing someone a Happy Birthday or say Hi to a long time listener is all that is needed for me to go, well, jackass! It's just the little things that make David Bazzel a happy camper. Now Tommy on the other hand was about to pull out his facial hair.

Thursday brings a round of Beat the Baz. The last pair of Tom Petty tickets were up for grabs. Today was listed as the longest game in the history of The Show With No Name going all the way back to the first time it was played by the Romans. Bet you didn't know that did ya? Yep.  And Tom Petty tix were the prize then too! WHAT? You're welcome.

A second game we played was a montage of famous rants. These things are funny. If you ever get a chance, go listen to them individually in their entirety.

Tomorrow we are LIVE and on location at T.H. Barton Coliseum for the Big Buck Classic. Or what I call, 'the place where the crazy guy nut jobs break open their box of killer deadly rattle snakes to see if I will soil my pants' EVENT!

Remember you don't have to buy a new car to be treated like you did. Fletcher Dodge has a wide selection of cars to fit every budget. Just for stopping by and talking with the Fletcher guys you get dinner for two at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse.

Check out THIS WEEKS deals. 2009 Toyota Carolla Sport, 34 mpg, 45k miles, only $14888.

Or this 2011 Kia Forte 2 door Coupe, brilliant red, great gas mileage, just $16997
Check everywhere you want but, check with Fletcher Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Sherwood before you make your final decision. You will be glad you did.

Thanks for listening and making The Buzz 103.7 your #1 station. Join The Show With No Name from 6am-10am Mon-Fri with Tommy Smith, David Bazzel, RJ Hawk, and myself.
