The Show With No Name

Choot'em Choot'em!

2/7/2012 10:18 AM

The Show With No Name was treated with a call from one of David's and my favorite shows, Swamp People. Well, the show didn't call but , one of the fellas on it did. Troy Landry was our guest today. If you haven't seen the show you are missing out. We like it because of the danger involved I guess is the only explanation I can give for watching every season. Maybe 'cause they use a song from the movie 'O Brother Where Art Thou' on their commercials. No way will I take a tour of the Louisiana swamps to hunt with Troy or any of the other personalities on the show. I have HD TV. That's close enough.

Tori with Down Home Catering fed us breakfast this morning. They cook and serve all meals, not just breakfast. Next time you're thinking about having an event catered, you should give Down Home Catering a call. 501-804-4330  When Tori comes in we get the opportunity to spend time with Buzz sales lady person, Shelley Sain Seitz.  A round of  Battle of the Sexes was a no brainer with the two ladies in studio.

Why stop there. How about some Dead or Alive. Besides, we have a sponsor of the game. Keith Vardaman at C.(Custom) I.(Import) A.(Automotive) Headquarters in N.L.R. 501-804-6186

Now don't get too discouraged, we did talk sports. After all, we are indeed your sports station of Arkansas. Great clips from the Super Bowl and Eli Manning on David Letterman. We didn't cover the Hog basketball team a bunch though. We'll hit that more tomorrow. They play Georgia so, it's fresh then. And, we even talked some NASCAR! Yea, that's right. With Keith Vardaman calling in to try and enlighten us a bit. He and now Tommy, will be riding the Tony Stewart bandwagon. Keith has always been a fan so that was an easy one. David will be following Dale Jr. throughout the season. I, myself, will stick with the driver I have touted for a few years now, Matt Kenseth. I picked him back in '09 and he wins the first two races of the year which includes the Daytona 500. I hope we can keep up with that better than we did the Survivor NFL game. Whatever did happen there? Baz won it. He had to. He didn't lose a game. Oh, and I will find out if Hawk wants to follow a driver later. He wasn't in the studio when we chose. Cool? Cool.

Tomorrow, Wild Man and Matt Couch come around and spin plates and make balloon animals for the kiddies. Join us won't cha.

Remember you don't have to buy a new car to be treated like you did. Fletcher Dodge has a wide selection of cars to fit every budget. Just for stopping by and talking with the Fletcher guys you get dinner for two at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse.
