Show With No Name

Happy President's Day!

2/20/2012 10:11 AM

Guess who was in the studio this morning? The picture gives it away doesn't it? Yep, Harry 'Button' King. 'Button' King was not in the best of moods today. He wasn't able to see his grandkids this past weekend. Of course, if it's raining or if it's sunshining he is not in a good mood. We spoke about the Razorbacks upcoming football schedule and the beat down basketball game against Florida.

Tim Jackson came in for a visit today. There will be a film symposium in the state coming in March. I'm really not sure if symposium is the correct term to use. I really don't even know what that means. Anyway, Tim will be among those representing Arkansas at the symp...er...uh...film thingy and among the guest speakers will be Lea Thompson.  That's right!  Marty Mcfly's mom will be speaking there and with us on The Show With No Name tomorrow at 9:30.  Also, it was only a rumor that in spite of the newest NBA sensation, Jeremy Lin, Tim does not have any plans to remake The Color Purple with an all Asian cast.

Tommy through out a call to John Iriana this morning and we were not disappointed. John brought us up a couple three pies and we ate during the last hour of the show. I was just looking for an excuse to not workout today and Irianan's supplied me with said such reason.
