Show With No Name

Double Up On Hump Day....Sorta

3/7/2012 1:55 PM

After spending the weekend in Hot Springs, for personal reasons and covering the Sunbelt Tournament, I was only able to follow up with a blog on Monday. I had several matters Tuesday that kept me from getting something on paper yesterday.  That being said, the Lady Trojans were the only Arkansas team to continue on the last day of the basketball tourney. Not only did they play, the Joe Foley coached UALR Lady Trojans won the whole shooting match! They will more than likely be the one and only team from the Natural State to represent in the NCAA Tournament. Congratulations Lady Trojans!

That will cover yesterday if you're cool with that. No wait a second. Thank you so very much to my hometown of Hot Springs for having The Show With No Name down. A special Thank You to Paul Chmura of Hot Springs Vacation Rentals for allowing us to have a roof over our heads each night we stay and have stayed in The Spa City. Do yourself a favor. The next time you plan on spending a day or two in Hot Springs, check out Arkansascondos.com or call 1-800-874-1385. Thanks Pauly!

There, Tuesday is gone.

Today, The Show With No Name had a full slate.  We started off like every other Hump Day, Steve 'Wild Man' Wilson. As a matter of fact Sam Snead came with him. Not the golfer. The Elk Foundation guy. I don't have a photo of Sam or an Elk.

Matt Couch was in doing what he do. Before we were able to get in a game of Match Game Frank Fletcher had a few things to say about former Razorback, Ramon Broadway.

Now before my battery goes out I have two more guest that want to speak.   Actor Robert Walden and NFL Super Bowl Champion Jerome Bettis.

Great! I think I made..............................

Remember you don't have to buy a new car to be treated like you did. Fletcher Dodge has a wide selection of cars to fit every budget. Just for stopping by and talking with the Fletcher guys you get dinner for two at Benihana Japanese Steakhouse.
