My fellow Americans, our long national nightmare is over. Our Constitution works; our great Republic is a government of laws and not of men. Here the people rule. But there is a higher Power, by whatever name we honor Him, who ordains not only righteousness but love, not only justice but mercy. And lets all welcome back Roger Scott to The Buzz and The Show With No Name! Gerald Ford made those remarks upon taking the oath of office, Aug. 9, 1974.
OK, OK. I added that last part. I kinda of think that if he was still president, or still alive, or maybe had any clue who I was he would have thrown that in as well. Too much of a stretch? Fine! Let us just move on shall we.
Today on the show was like any other in the past 3 years. Even counting the 4 months that I was gone. Tommy was still, well, Tommy. He is darn near 60 ya know. David was being he usual Alpha Male, but, charming ladies man, and my bup RJ was being the same as I remembered. He was as cuddly as a baby cat. I've tried to tell him they're called kittens but, he won't have any of it.
After RJ allowed all the people that wanted to welcome me back speak and block the ones that had creative ways to say drop dead, Steve 'Wild Man' Wilson stopped by for his little, but informative, weekly visit.
I was anticipating my reunion on the program with Matt 'Big Cat' Couch. That boy can make me laugh and does a great deal of his talking, to me anyway, just using his hands. Not the whole hand even. Just a few select fingers. Always a fun time when he comes around I promise ya that.
It was a blast being back. I have the best gig in the world and work for some of the finest folks I've ever met. The entire Signal Media family is just that to me, family. And this morning they welcomed me back down the hall like a long lost son. Albeit a son that has obviously been hurt as a child that only hypnosis could bring to light. I had a great opportunity given to me........again. For that I am eternally grateful. I am truly blessed.
I'm gonna leave now and call ya all when I get home and let it ring once. So ya know I made it.
