Wet Windy Wednesday

The Show With No Name was feeling the effects of the cold, windy, and rainy day that this Hump Day brought. At least that's my opinion. And, really, since it is me that does the writing on this here blog, I have to agree with me. The Artist Formerly Known As The Outlaw Tommy Smith, was getting ahead of himself a little when speaking and just filled in the blank with words that didn't make since just so there wouldn't be holes or blank spots in his sentences. It was the weather that effected him I just know it. David asked hotel GM Jeff McClure, if he has ever had to have security called to the lobby to escort unruly people out. David Bazzel was speaking about himself! Who does that?! A definite slip of the brain that has to be blamed on the cold. RJ Hawk was just turned off by the show so early in the program that he set three different high scores on his phone playing Angry Bird. Then he left the studio to register the highest of the high scores online. And, while he was out, mailed an envelope filled with 15,000 cereal carton box tops to get a Ninja Turtle decoder ring and, and, one of those clown face toys that have 3 bb's in it you have to put in the holes. But, that had nuttin' to do with the temperature outside. That's just my buddy using his time wisely. Now, as for myself, I was on the top of my game. Not letting any of the elements effect me or my usual spouting out of useless knowledge that can only help you at parties or on a game show. You're welcome.
Steve 'Wildman' Wilson brought in Kirsten Bartalow to speak on the subject, The Wonderful World of Nature Watching. I may be completely off on the title. It was about 6:30-6:45. But, if you've lasted this long on the page ya might as well just go with the flow. It was about places in the state of Arkansas that have easy access for you and your family. Whether it's to hike a trail or float a river. It was in this segment that RJ Hawk pumped his fist after obtaining his first high score.
We traveled down the road mostly about the ESPN 30 for 30, Elway to Marino. If ya haven't seen it set the DVR. Just great to go back and be behind the scenes with the goings on at the 1983 NFL Draft. That draft was most memorial for the fact it had 6 QB's in the first round. Elway being first and Marino last. Now ya get the title don't cha. And this year there may not be a single QB taken in the first round. But, please don't misunderstand me. I don't think there is a John Elway or Dan Marino in this years draft. There could be a couple of Todd Blackledges or Tony Easons if you will. We know for sure though that a Tyler Wilson will have his name in the hat! GO HOGS!!!
Tomorrow we stay in the studio for what promises to be a great show. I just hope the weather cooperates.
Tommy, David, RJ, and myself thank ya for listening and making The Buzz and The Show With No Name your #1 station!
