Just Another Humpday

Well, that is as far as the Show With No Name goes anyway. I hope you can work at a place that you love the job and enjoy all the people you work with. If you don't have one of those going for you, pick up the phone or get on The Buzz website and put in an application!
Wednesday is always fun. We get in studio visits from Steve 'Wildman' Wilson and Lindy 'The Hardest Working Woman in Radio' Blackstone.
Steve brought a guest with him today. Cliff Jackson is a fella that has the recipe for catching the BIG Catfish. Cliff said he got it off the Internet. So what right, he's still knows it. Kool-Aid, garlic salt, and hot dogs. OH YEA! That's right. Kool-Aid, garlic salt, and hot dogs. Soak the dogs in that concoction for about 30 minutes and BAM! I didn't check on a particular flavor of Kool-Aid, but mine is the plain old grape. Steve also passed around some stink bait. Good night! That stuff is , well, I'm sorry I can't go on it's making me sick just writing about it. 'Wildman' is a great guy and knows his outdoor fun.
Miss Blackstone came in at the 7 o'clock hour and it was so much fun that it seemed it went by in less than 10 minutes. Lindy confirmed that we will have a 1970's era Buzz Roller Skate night on Saturday July 10th. Tommy will be the Rink DJ. All Skate, all skate will be his battle cry.
David will take lessons so not to bust it on the floor and I will baby walk skate. Think about it. The Outlaw was all over the music this morning. Kool and the Gang, ABBA, Village People, Ohio Players (more on them in a moment) and so many more. Any suggestions hit me back. I want one of the Cd's' for sure. Yea, I'm getting old but don't look now so are you. Lindy knows how to throw a party and this will not be a disappointment. So stay tuned for all the info on the Skating Party and start looking for your bell bottomed jeans, tube tops and mullet wigs. Some of us have one or all three of these already.
On the Ohio Players song Love Roller Coaster. A caller commented on the Urban Legend that on the song you can hear the audio of the scream of a murdered girl. Crofford said the rumor is true. not necessarily the scream but that the rumor exits. Get it? Read it again. The rumor of it being an urban legend is true. Danny Joe Crofford has a precious innocence doesn't he?
I have to go now. It's chest and back day at the gym and #53 is waiting on me to get our workout on. Man, I'm strong enough to beat a 5th grader in two out of three falls right now. Who knows, by August, David tells me I could get taller. No, wait, what?
Tomorrow on the show Michael Shipp will perform his new Razorback song.
Thanks for listening and making The Buzz 103.7 your #1 station. Join The Show With No Name from 6a-10a Mon-Fri with Tommy Smith, David Bazzel, Danny Joe Crofford and myself.
