Hail To The Cheif

There was a time when I was part of a tandem called The Presidents of Radio. Well now that has become a threesome and we are at Oaklawn Racetrack for Presidents Day. I said all that just to get to the part where I can tell you The Show With No Name was broadcasting live from Hot Springs and had Terry Wallace and David Longinotti pick the winners. It's always a big day at the races in Mob Town on Presidents Day because they give away thousands of dollars just for showing up and registering. Yea that's pretty much it. Not to be out done on any Monday is the one and only Harry King. Harry is the only one on the show that was covering the Calvin Coolidge administration as a young man of 22!
It's always a good time when we are out of the studio on a live broadcast. David and I learn so much from The Legend. It's sorta like a class field trip with Tommy as the teacher making sure his students David and Roger are holding hands as they cross the busy street. Do you know what The James Gang, Funk #49, and Steven Tyler have in common? NOTHING! The teacher told us to cross the street without a patrol boy. Now it is funny as all get out when Tommy misses something because he has that look on his face. "You know hes got that look." He is big enough to and the first to admit when he is wrong. That's the good part. The bad part? He looks at me laughing my butt off! I mainly got a kick out of the names David used to describe The Outlaw Tommy Smith. It's in the audio so just listen. In the meantime, I am going to try and find out how Teacher Tommy is gonna 'cleat' me in the morning.
Last but certainly not least. Thank you to Paul and Arkansascondos.com for putting us up each and every time we visit Hot Springs. Next time you are here do yourself a favor and give them a call and stay in one of the condos. You will be so glad you did because your better half is gonna love the places he has on the lake.
Thanks for listening and making The Buzz 103.7 your #1 station. Join The Show With No Name from 6a-10a Mon-Fri with Tommy Smith, David Bazzel, Danny-Joe Crofford and myself.
