The Zone

It was just one of those today when we couldn't get anything to work for me from the SEC Bball Media Day in Birmingham.  It started out a great day at 6:15 am, I waddled down to the hotel not too long after that and set up my equipment right in front of the main interview room.  I was poised to get Mike Anderson, John Calipari, Billy Donovan, MIke Slive and everyone else in arms length on The Zone.  But, there was no connection back to the mother studio in Little Rock so instead I had to call into the show from a 1983 telephone.  Probably sounded bad, but it looked worse.

Justin spoke with Brent Crow from while I was still rastlin' with the equipment.  Check out what Brent has to say about this weekend's college and NFL game lines.

Through all the mess we managed to pull off a pretty good interview with play by play man from Vanderbilt, Joe Fisher.  We talked this weekend's game, the chances of the basketball team of advancing deep in the NCAA tourney and what kind of impression James Franklin has made on Vandy nation.

Well, I gotta catch a 5:30 am flight outta B'Ham in the morning so I'm heading to catch a few, Cardinals are losing now and it don't look good.

Sweet Dreams....
