The Zone

9/9/2013 1:27 PM

Today The Zone was live from the Little Rock Touchdown Club sponsored by Epoch Health and today’s guest speaker was Tom Osborne. Osborne coached the Nebraska Cornhuskers for 25 years, from 1973 to 1997. He is one of the most successful and highly regarded coaches in college football history and sits down with us in The Zone for a 1 on 1 interview.

Once Tom took the podium we carried a portion of his speech you can listen to here.

The Razorbacks had a win “on the road” in Little Rock Saturday. We talk about the game with Chris Kane from KATV and discuss Alex Collins and his penalty for celebrating after his touchdown.

In today’s Jim’s Pizza Razorback Report we talk about the game and the attendance numbers at War Memorial. In this segment we also “get defensive” with Matt Harris.

A video making the rounds today of Marshal Mathers, better known to his young fans as Eminem, was on ESPN Saturday Night Football and it was a bit awkward. We hear some of his new song and discuss.

We thank you for listening to The Zone weekdays from 10 to 1 with Justin Acri!
