Wednesday in The Zone we discuss a story that you can put in your pipe and smoke. The Zone’s own Canadian hijacker Christina Lecuyer was in studio as we discuss a story about the Mayor of Toronto who has admitted to smoking crack. His explanation was that he probably smoked it when he was really drunk and that he is not an addict. Several things about this blow our minds and we discuss.
Joining us from NBC sports was Stan Van Gundy. We talk with him about the talent around the Big 3 in Miami among other topics. You can hear more from Stan Van Gundy on NBC Sports Radio on line at www.NBCSportsRadio.com.
Also joining us on the Stickyz hotline was Amani Toomer. We have a brief interview with Amani and ask him about the whole Incognito situation.
Wally Hall was in studio with us today for Wednesday’s with Wally presented by Deltic Timber. In this segment we talk about selling beer at sporting events.
From Bleacher Report we talk Michael Felder. He is their lead college football writer.
Since we have a golfer in studio we talk about Tiger Woods who has been described as a dork by his current girlfriend. Christina seems to think Tiger would be excellent at any activity he was trained for, not just golf.
In our Zone Segment of the Day we talk about a runner who was assaigned the number 666. This gets us talking about the ol’ mark of the beast and what we would do in that situation.
Coming up Thursday we will be live at D-1 sports. As always we thank you for listening to The Zone weekdays from 10 to 1 with Justin Acri!
