Arkansas & Vanderbilt not on Dish network

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Razorback fans planning on watching the Arkansas-Vanderbilt football game this weekend on Dish Network will need to find an alternative television option. The game between the Razorbacks and Commodores will be carried live at 6 p.m. CT, by Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Southwest (Arkansas and Louisiana). However as part of ongoing negotiations by Dish Network and Fox, more than 20 Fox originated channels have been pulled from the Dish channel lineup, including Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Southwest.
Due to television market restrictions, the Arkansas-Vanderbilt game will not be available as part of the ESPN GamePlan or ESPN3 packages in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. The game will be available on ESPN GamePlan and ESPN3 packages in all remaining states.
Those viewers receiving Fox Sports South or Fox Sports Southwest through a carrier other than Dish Network will receive the game as scheduled.
Arkansas will make its seventh appearance on national or regional television this weekend. Tickets remain for the Homecoming game against Vanderbilt at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and may be purchased by visiting ArkansasRazorbacks.com or by calling 1-800-982-HOGS.
